Meaty Parcel!

We have MEAT! It arrived today, exactly when we were told it would, and it looks absolutely splendid. We are having the first of it for supper tonight for the Wonderspouse's "official" birthday celebrations (his real birthday is so close to Christmas that we usually postpone the meal until later)!

This meaty treat is our Christmas present from my stepmother and father (I'm certain that it was her organization, judging from the handwriting on the envelope)! It also came with a little booklet about meat cooking, which is rather jolly! :-)

Today has been another "getting back to things" day. We've cleaned 4 big rat cages, reintroduced Shellington, who's been poorly, but is now better, back into his group with his friends, I've done the usual piano and yoga, and quite a lot of admin and sorting (and a few backblips - a few in October 2012 and also the last one of 2013), and we've watched Luther series 2 on the DVDs!

Time to get back to it now - still lots to do!
