A fountain in front of of a Tampere City Hall was donated to city of Tampere by Wilhelm von Nottbeck in 1882. It was built for ladies of the city for household purposes - the fountain was a place to get fresh water for free. There are four dragons on top of the fountain, which is covered with a glass shield in the winter.

We had a lunch at market hall and visited city library. Later in the evening Emma went to granny's for a sleepover with Lotta and we went to movies. We saw The wolf of Wall Street. It was ok, only a bit too long, it lasted 3 hours and it could have easily been only 2 hours instead.
