I think these flowers are even prettier dead than alive.

I've begun measuring my walk with Jasper each morning in miles rather than roughly estimating in kilometres, and so it was a shock to find that I'd only walked 3 miles this morning when I'd previously estimated the route to be almost 6km. I'm using our old pedometer so it's quite possible that it's not 100% accurate even though I've entered my average stride etc., but even so I shall have to up my game. I'm not sure how many miles Jasper's up for now, he's ten and stiffens up after an hours walk.
