Chocolate

Last night some friends from Alaska arrived to visit us for one week, so we are having fun being tour guides. One of the things we did today was got o the little shops where they make the local chocolate.
The cocoa beans are toasted (I think this is done in another location), then they are ground together with cinnamon (here the cinnamon is real cinnamon sticks of large pieces of bark) and sugar, and almonds. It is ground to order with whatever proportion you want.
The white in the bucket is sugar.
