Rainy New Year

When I stopped for a traffic light today in North Myrtle Beach, SC, I was aware of the rain and the traffic mostly likely from tourists who spent the New Year's holiday at the beach. As you can see from the bus beside me, public schools resumed classes today after the Christmas/New Year's holidays.
