Christmas cake

It's now time to try and finish off all the Christmas foods that are still knocking about. Being a domestic goddess manqué, I made a Christmas cake this year, which my daughter decorated beautifully. Since I am the only person at home who eats fruitcake, I'm munching my way through it.
Presumably the currants, raisins and sultanas count towards the 5 a day?

Back to work today, which was a shock to the system, despite the blue skies and bright sun; suddenly the last week and a bit off didn't seem such a long break after all.
