Cold spread

I can take or leave a roast turkey and trimmings, but I do love the Christmas cold bits, even when they last for days. I'm not mad about pork pie, but my in laws love them. I do love the look of this beautifully finished one, with it glistening cranberries. Kind of sums up the ongoing food fest.
Managed to persuade the in laws to stay another day, a rare chance to all spend time together.
