Fishy on a dishy

First day back at work today, a surprisingly quiet return, I expect next week will be when the wheels get back in motion.

Tried something new for tea tonight, rainbow trout! Absolutely delicious, though, next time I buy trout, I'll be buying it pre-gutted!
