Oh dear. I have spent the enitre day convinced it was Friday. Only when Chris came home and I handed him a glass of wine and asked him what we should do tomorrow, and he responded ''I'm going to work!'' did I realise...

Mum and Dad left this morning after my dad had made many trips to the car with all their stuff breakfast. We were sad to see them go but we will see them again in around 3 weeks for Chris' big birthday celebrations.

I'm still feeling full of the cold and a bit achey and miserable with it so we didn't have big plans for today. It was much brighter than yesterday, a lovely day in fact, so we couldn't stay in all day. I had a bath after lunch(Isaac played in the bathroom beside me with the bath toys, its his favourite place to play anyway) and then we headed out for a walk. Amelie was driving me bananas asking questions in the house and I thought fresh air would do us good, but she was the same outside. It was very much a Mummy? Mummy? Mummy? Mummy? Mummy? Mummy? Day.

Isaac only had one nap, at 11am, so he was pretty difficult to keep awake and entertained come 4 o clock. I think he's still teething as you may be able to tell from the snot... The top left front tooth is through but the right one is bulging a bit.

We had leftover dauphinois potatoes to have and I made some chicken to go with it. When I showed Isaac his little pot of potatoes going into the oven he actually cried because he thought he wasn't getting to have it! Bless him, he loved them last night. I really love his love for food!

In other news Amelie set up a cafe in her bedroom...its called Cafe Rougie..and I taught Amelie how to cross her eyes in the bath - we laughed so much. She was also trying to wink.
