News flash!

After work I drove to the hospital dads in it takes me about 35 minutes just a shame he hadn't been taken to the one I work at, but they can be abit funny about relatives being on the ward you work on, last time we wangled it amongst the nurses and Dr, and it's only ten minutes from my house.

My sister called me to say she had spoke to the Dr. and they have stopped dads palliative care, they are so impressed with his remarkable u turn and fighting spirit that they now believe he is suitable to look at discharge and getting him into a good nursing home.

I'm so happy it's the best start to new year ever.

Dad was sitting up in bed flirting with a nurse when I walked in so there is still life in the old dog!! Way to go pops!!!!

Roo on the other hand has been duck hunting!!! What a catch.
