Eccleston Mere

Didn't know this place existed but I was driving around unable to walk due to swollen Achilles Tendon and saw a sailing club and this mere was behind it!!


On the tendon - I found a site on the WWW about it which advised giving up extreme sports and long distance running on uneven ground!
