Lunderston Bay

Day 2.
Carolyn is going to kill me!! She will hate this photo! But the girl did good! This is the first run/walk in 7 months due to nerve damage. Now to build it back up!
Just as we were heading home Carolyn suggested doing the 3k run in the summer - I'm not promising anything. I also suggested the New year dip in the Clyde next year!!! Mmmm we'll see - time will tell!
