Through a Wet Lens (Blurrily)

I rather like this, it reminds me of an old polaroid. The blurring is the result of dropping the camera in the snow. Good old G9, it's taken all sorts of abuse and it always pulls through.

Anyway. It was Christmas Day on the golf course, and all the people with snow shoes and toboggans and skis for Christmas were there. Not. Just two sets of new snow shoe tracks, which turned out to be from Lynda and Dick. We know this as we followed them back to their house and arrived just about the same time as they did. They offered us a session in the hot tub, but we declined and pressed on. The sun came out and shot off a few feeble rays a few moments before disappearing behind the trees - just enough time to take this picture.

Leftover ham with sweet potatoes and Brussels sprouts for Christmas dinner - the freezer is stuffed full of ham, we'll be eating it until Easter. Nice glass of red wine to round it off though, and an episode of Breaking Bad for dessert. We are living the high life :)
