Eas nan Con ( waterfall of the dogs )

At the rear of our holiday accommodation is a hidden cave which I have tried to find on 2 occasions and until today had been unsuccessful .

The story is that a Charles Stewart fled to the cave after the failure of the 1745 uprising and remained there with help of locals bringing him food until he fled to the continent.

It's a bit of a climb and not easy to find , with all the rain we have had recently the waterfall that hides the cave was quite spectacular.
