Inside, looking out

Beware: the weather is inhospitable today. I woke up to both a wind chill warning AND a winter storm warning. This view from our bathroom window says it all - we have icicles on our icicles! If ever there was a good day to stay inside, this is it. Fortunately, I don't have to leave the house. No doubt our dogs will be taking litter box lessons from our cat when they aren't burrowed into their beds. Yes, this is hibernation station.

Bizarrely enough, the forecast is calling for rain early next week. After which, it will of course freeze again. Beware!
