Red Squirrel at the British Wildlife Centre

Beautiful sunny day and still on holiday can only mean one thing, red squirrels, otters and water voles. The voles didn't appear but the red squirrels with their winter tufty ears and thick fur coats and the otter playing with her cubs, whiskers sparkling in the sunshine with dewy drops of water could not have been more magnificent.
Thanks goodness for the British Wildlife Centre and Wildwood preserving our animal heritage.
