Castle Terrace Restaurant - Lunch

Mr E F and I treated ourselves to lunch at Castle Terrace today before steeling ourselves to go and do some Christmas shopping.

The whole lunch was delightful. This spectacular dish features the most unctuous chicken parfait - encased in calvados jelly.
