Noosa 6 pm

We are spending a few days in Noosa on Queensland's Sunshine Coast. This is where we spent many family holidays when my son was a wee lad.
Mr F is attending a reunion of old work colleagues ...... which involves some golf .
I will be attempting to keep up with my new "get fit " regime by taking some very long walks.
One of my Christmas presents was a gadget called a "fitbit" which records your steps, quality of exercise and other bits of info.....all can be kept on a log and really acts as a reminder of how much more needs to be done by days end. Good fun now but might be very irritating very soon!
