Loading Ramp at Tekapo Sale Yards

Lake Tekapo has a few annual sheep sales per year and stock comes from all round the area.

2nd January

A cold windy day with the odd patches of rain - hardly enough to wet the ground.

I am sporting a cold as well so feel all chocked up and generally terrible. I must thank Grant for it as he has had it since coming up here.

Still it is nice to be up here and the Town is so busy with a lot of tourists, speeding many different languages.
