Where Might This Boat Take Me?

New Years Eve and we are at the Chihuly Glass exhibit in Seattle...what a treat for a "New Year's Eve" celebration! Thanks to our friends from Bellingham, they lit a fire under us and for once we are not asleep at 9pm on New Year's Eve:)

I particularly loved this photo...and it certainly helped when this dapper gentleman strolled into the scene...almost gives it a retro feel...what year is this? The colors and forms were mesmerizing...each room held something more beautiful than the one before, and you were excited to turn the corners...what would be next?

The evening topped off with dancing, food and a fireworks view under the Space Needle...unfortunately it was a bit foggy, but still beautiful! Nothing like being in a glass house watching the fireworks above you! Awesome:)
