courgette rolls

Got loads of shopping in today. Went to the supermarket, the bio shop, the Carrefour in Nyons, and then to the post office and bank to finish off some other errands. Got loads of good food in for the next few days. Hoping to eat a little healthier in the New Year. Like a lot of people, I suppose. We've been eating so much food the past couple of weeks, we're actually both really looking forward to it!

Made wee courgette rolls filled with ricotta, lemon juice and toasted almond slivers tonight. They were delicious and lovely and fresh.
