Happy New Squirrel!

New Year, new squirrel. Actually, this unusually-coloured squirrel has been around a few days (Linda blipped him, too.). It has a rusty red back (similar to the smaller red squirrels) and with a grey belly. Greys around here are universally grey or grey and brindle-brown with white tummies or jet black all around. I have no idea why this character is so different. Greys and reds don't interbreed so I guess we have a genetic anomaly. Most curious and welcome just the same.
