Hogmanay Celebrations!

Mike with his completed project - the brazier! There should really have been a fanfare, but instead we had a rocket to celebrate! It was a great success, even in the howling wind!

We spent Hogmanay with Mrs Unremarkable and Pinklady and their hubbies. Had a lovely evening then, at the bells, we went outside to enjoy the pyrotechnics and were joined by more neighbours. A really great way to bring in the new year.

Today has been a day of visitors, for nibbles and drinks, phone calls to family and friends and of cooking yet more food!
