Not a Great Day:

Sue and Malcolm set off early to take Kat and Greig back to Edinburgh and I didn't feel too grand when I got up. Even the walk (just from the car to my usual seat) in church nearly proved too much but the day from there on took a distinctly downward turn.

This is the liquidizer that Sue would have used to break some soup down further and dilute it to make a drink for me, except that she wasn't there and I didn't feel capable. She rang me later in the day and learnt I wasn't well. She turned up later as soon as she was home and produced some soup. I crashed into bed at 8.30 and slept the clock right round feeling a wee bit better the following day.
