Another Year, Another Blip
A day for relaxing and contemplating the months ahead and how to make the most of them. The old Scottish greeting writ in the artificial flames of my blip goes back to the days when we all lived in houses with a working 'lum' or chimney. When it 'reeked' there was smoke coming from it - a sign of life going on. 'Lang may yer lum reek' means - Hope your fire keeps burning and you keep going too! A Good New Year!
