Bumped into my favorite Crossfit coach, the awesome Steven Yong, a great role model of mine.

It was a pleasure to see him again, especially since it was going to be the beginning of the year. I have a feeling this year is going to be filled with new friends and new adventures, I absolutely can't wait!
