Inverted World

First day of year 2014 opened gray and gloomy, like there is no daylight at all ever again. Would someone please reassure me there will evidently be light!
I find photoshooting challenging in these dark times. I wouldn't mind if there were few gloomy days, but this is too much for springtime birdie like me. I we could have some snow it would lighten world up little. How everyone else is coping? Do you share my feelings or can you give some tips to endure?

Well,the day wasn't completely wasted, since it was holiday I was able to bury myself under blanket at corner of sofa with thick book, and read it from cover to cover, until it was time to make New Year Day's dinner. Add delicious it was!
