Extra Special

As part of our New Year's Day celebration we opened a bottle of Bollinger Champagne we had been given when we first moved into our house in Inverness 4 years ago. At the time we didn't open it thinking we needed to wait for a special occasion (like buying a house isn't, I know, silly right!).

Well today we popped the cork (made a blip from it) and pour ourselves a glass, or 2 over the course of the day. It was so delicious and a real treat on New Year's Day.
