Welcome to 2014!

Despite a very lazy morning which started to stretch into the afternoon, with breakfast in bed, I knew I would make it out for a run. I had been tucked in listening to the wind and endless rain before Steve and I ventured out for a threshold session. We embraced the weather, the puddles, and the challenge. I even took a camera in my pack.
