Grey start

A very wet and grey start to 2014 , walked around Rydal water and Grasmere lake in the pouring rain - stopped just once between downpours to take a few quick shots but really too wet for serious photography.

By the time I got home I was totally soaked so treated myself to a new coat to replace my 15 or so year old jacket whose waterproofing seems to have finally given up.
