I hate my telecommunications supplier

I am in an amazingly bad mood. How can one company give you such differing information? From having a clear balance a month ago I have now had my broadband cut off and have had to pay nearly £100 for the pleasure. And if I hadn't then said telecommunications supplier would not have cancelled the 'Debit Retreval Unit'.

I'm sorry? How did that happen? And is their new 'system' responsible for losing my information?

I'm on the war path and am determined to get this sorted out.
