Glossy Ibis

I went to North Galson this afternoon to take some photos and I got some great potential blips. Then, on my way back, I met a friend who was bird-watching , and who pointed out this Glossy Ibis to me - so it had to be the blip of the day! This poor fellow should be in the Mediterranean just now, but instead s/he is walking around Lewis. You would have though by now s/he would have realised that the climate is wrong! Happy New Year!
