Well Here Goes......

I've decided the first of the month blip, is for myself.
If you notice I have written down, my start weight, and I'm going to record it each month on the first day. So sorry if this is going to be boring for you, but it's just something I want to do. The weight has slowly crept on these last few months, and it needs to come off.
