It's A Family Affair
A quiet morning at home, just my wife and I. A visit to the shrine before a light lunch, then a walk round to my wife's father's flat where my kids spent last night. A lovely afternoon playing games with the whole family, including my wife's brother for a rare visit. Here, my son and I are playing caruta, a card game something like Snap in which the players have to find and slap their hand down on the card which contains the first letter (or in this case, Japanese character) in the sentence read out by a non-player (in this case, my wife, doubling as photographer.) A fun start to the year of the horse.
