Into what's next

8:30 and playing Junior Monopoly with the weeWeir while the wee-estWeir gurgles in the background.

The last day of 2013. Seems to have come around faster than expected. I'm sure the world hasn't been spinning faster tho.

A day in and around home with only a short run in the afternoon to punctuate the games, Olympic opening ceremony, neighbour chat and a small bit of bike maintenance.

2013 has been a fascinating year.

A new son was made and born, Mrs theWeir kept it together through demanding circumstances. My role at work was at times farcical.

But we made it.

Through faith and patience. And with the help of amazing friends and family.
