mulling things over

My Hogmanay plans in Edinburgh have been knackered by car troubles (whoever knew an exhaust gas recycling valve was (a) present or (b) important in the world of Audi?!) >:-(

Sooooo....unexpected extra time to do some mulled wine preparation. The wine is simple, but the elixir added to it is made from scratch, using a mix of old family type recipe and several personal infusions. Takes a while but worth it, well, we'll see after I test it on a couple of local pals, before tomorrow's full brew to be enjoyed up a hill with friends before new year's day sausage & beer fest!
