Hogmanay 2013
This morning we met up with my old school friend who is also up from England visiting family. Given the dreadfully wet weather we took refuge at 'Fun World' so that the children could expend some energy and we could enjoy a coffee. Thankfully this afternoon there was a window of dry weather with a little sunshine and blue sky so EP, Dad and I went for a long walk to blow away the cobwebs. This is the view from the hill behind Gourock, the town where I grew up, looking across the Clyde estuary towards Loch Long and the Holy Loch. The vista is always changing with the weather and clouds. This is a brief bright spell before the rain came down again!
Have a great Hogmanay folks wherever you are and whatever you are doing and look forward to your company next year!
