Christmas Pie.

Usually a puff pastry concoction but this year I was tempted by the idea of a hot water crust pastry, which by the way, I made from scratch, and a picnic pie affair

So the last batch of sausage meat, the last of the turkey, pork and ham was layered into the pastry with the remnants of the cranberry sauce and this was the result!

Will definitely be doing this again.... Everyone loved it.

Next stop Gala Pie.....the chickens need to start laying!
