"Christmas Eve"

A Christmas Robin for Christmas Eve!

I spent most of today knee deep in wrapping paper and sticky tape! I hate wrapping!

Every Christmas Eve we visit both granny Mc's to open presents. First stop, Granny McHugh where my great Christmas shopping from last year for my 2 younger cousins came back to haunt me. Last year I bought them wooden puzzles which tested their braincells for a few days. This year they bought me a 3D puzzle and a 'Puzzleman' cube - I can feel my own braincells hurting already! :/

And then on to Granny McMorris where chocolate was already in good supply! A few 'Roses' was just what I needed to set me up for reading the Christmas story at church tonight. In all the years I've been asked to read at church, I've never read the Christmas story so the pressure's on to get it right!

Home and then quickly to bed, for in the words of the film 'Arthur Christmas' - "on Christmas night, he comes, Father Christmas comes!"

Is that sleigh bells I hear??!!
