The long road

Heading home now for a few days after a lovely time with family.

Sadly we didn't get to visit everyone that we'd hoped to due to one thing or another.

I'll not remember 2013 with too much fondness. Other that the thrilling safe arrival of a great niece on the forth day of the year it's been fairly forgettable....but time moves on, as must we all.

So here's to 2014 .... may it be joyful and memorable for you all for all the right reasons. Happy new year!
