Whiteout

Blue skies and sunshine are all very well, but I am quite liking the grey misery at the moment. It squashes my feelings that we should be out and enjoying a fine day, instead we can feel justified at staying inside.

I have been reading my new Christmas cookbooks and doing a spot of New Year baking to take to Ella's later. Will is in and out the neighbours house and Daisy is planning for firework blips later. All v peaceful and nice.

I hope you have a similarly peaceful last few hours of 2013. Or wildly raucous obv, if that is what you prefer.......
