Getting old & mellow

I've always had this thing about camping, ie missing my own loo, shower etc. We've been camping with our friends over the years, and I must admit I struggled but went with the flow. Last year, for one reason and another we didn't make our annual trip, much to my joy.
But something strange has happened to me since I reached 40, I've taken stock and reviewed things, and buying this complete camping kit is one of them. We're going camping twice this year, normally we squeeze in with our friends in their tent/camper van, but this year I've gone out and bought our own. I'm really looking forward to going, roll on the 22nd June and the good weather!
Lorna, if you're reading this please don't be offended. I may not have enjoyed camping in the past but I always enjoyed all of the company and the hospitality.
