Hope

Although my pigeon netting failed structurally early on in the gale season and now resembles a heap of netting and canes dropped from a height, these two sacrificial uncovered plants serve as a reminder of what happens when you let the pigeons have their way.

Baking to do this afternoon for a quiet and civilised Hogmanay in East Lothian. I'll leave the new year wishes until tomorrow.
