Is that a Hasselback potato in your handbag?

Today is Day 1 of my 3-month career break. One focus of my break will be decluttering: decluttering my mind, home and ultimately life. I find that Scandinavian things help declutter my mind. I didn't fancy a trip to IKEA so instead I made these Swedish Hasselback potatoes. The last time I had Hasselback potatoes, a friend accidentally dropped one in her handbag. Let's hope that's not a metaphor for the next 3 months.
