Rainy day activities.

The weather has been dreadful today so we passed the afternoon around the kitchen table painting.
Here you can see daughter #2 with her Egyptian painting kit. She is painting a cartouche - her name in hieroglyphics on real papyrus from the Nile! That sentence tested the spell check!

The rest of us had fun with the 'paint your own nativity set' that Santa brought for us!
