The Original and Best

Today has been all about my main girl, the one and only, Marnie (aka weeniemacks). Not only is she having to contend with some young upstart encroaching on her territory but today she had an appointment at the vets to get her teeth whitened cleaned.

It was bad enough that this involved fasting from midnight as well as an anaesthetic but none of us were expecting her to come home minus a tooth!

Well that has put paid to any New Year's kisses tomorrow night!

The care sheet she came home with said we should keep her warm, quiet and still.... she's been on the go, wobbling about since she came home, while looking over her shoulder at a noisy kitten. We even tried shutting him away in another room but his yowling just makes it worse.

Not a Christmas to remember for the wee Marn!
