Flood Water

Another “Wild Weather” day today. This was the view of the weir at Ochiltree this morning as the Lugar Water gradually rose and burst its banks. Best viewed in large and for comparison have a look at a normal flow on the weir on the blip from 22nd October. Quite a difference.

A large crowd had gathered at the bridge to see the raging water. No one can remember ever seeing it this high before. And more rain forecast for tonight. Hope you all keep safe dry and well.
