Something old and something new

More mince pies in the oven!

Made using an old pastry cutter that belonged to my mother, and a new Cath Kidston flour shaker I got for Christmas.

Weather awful all day.

A visit to Dewsbury Hospital this morning to adjust my hearing aids.
I can't thank the NHS and the staff at the Audiology Department at Dewsbury enough for all their care and help.
The hearing aids certainly make a difference, and I have a better quality of life.
I heard all the birds yesterday when we were out walking. Can hear the grandchildren better, also the TV, and many other things.
I know the NHS gets a lot of knocks, but where would we be without it!
