Flooding.

The River Nith burst it banks at the Whitesands in Dumfries today and there were problems elsewhere in the region. The guy in the fluorescent jacket was part of the team monitoring the situation and he was telling me what a difficult Christmas its been, first it was the wind they had to deal with and now it's the water. It's a miserable situation when your home or business is directly affected.
