Christmas Dinner #1

M and D down for there Christmas weekend, and this is the first year that I have actually had to prepare the turkey. I don't do poultry that looks like poultry... however D was working and would be late in so if we wanted to eat this side of midnight I had to do it. So armed with butter and lemon/orange zest I stuffed under the skin ,with a lovely big onion followed by an orange and lemon up it's bum and I was cooking by gas. And even if I say so myself it was braw!
